BidInsta is directly inspired by outbid.lol and the idea created by Jonathan Wilke (@jonathan_wilke): make the amount paid the ranking, and let people compete transparently for attention.
Jonathan applied that mechanic to products and websites. BidInsta adapts it specifically for Instagram handles, with tracked profile clicks and optional follower context for eligible, connected accounts.

Why this exists
Great creators get buried every day. I wanted to build a focused, transparent place where anyone can put an Instagram handle in front of curious people — and know exactly what determines the order.
Visitors discover new profiles. Creators earn attention. The board keeps moving.
One number. One ranking.
Rank is the bid — nothing else. If someone moves above you, your profile stays visible at the position your bid can hold. Raise the same handle later and you only pay the difference.
Analytics without made-up numbers
Every profile click is recorded when someone leaves BidInsta through a leaderboard link. Site visitors and page views are measured separately with privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics.
Follower count at connection, current followers and change since joining are displayed only after an eligible Business or Creator account authorizes Meta access. The change is useful context, but it is not presented as followers caused by BidInsta.
